I believe in the mission. My wife received unbelievable care, and our family was treated so well. Our experience with the hospitals really drove home the need to support nurses and increase the number of them to fill the pipeline in health care.
I started with Mercy Health in 2011 as an on-call chaplain. I discovered a system, a team and a community that really cares about their associates. It’s important to me to be able to give back in a way and pay it forward.
