Thanks to you, Phil can get cancer treatments at his hometown Willard Hospital
Time and time again, Sue and Phil Wolfe turn to Mercy Health Willard Hospital to help them stay on top of their health.
When Phil was diagnosed with cancer, he started his treatments in Tiffin. It was a hardship for the Wolfes to make the 30-minute drive, especially when Phil wasn’t feeling well.
“I don’t drive out of town and never at night,” Sue says.
Sue and Phil were delighted when his care team helped move his cancer treatment to Willard, where the hospital is just across the street from their independent living home.
“Being so close to the hospital and everyone there, we see what donors can do
through their support. It was wonderful to come home to Willard and have people we know treating Phil. That is good medicine.”

“Because of all the support we get from the hospital, we can continue living together and not have Phil in a skilled nursing home,” Sue says.
