The "splash park," designed with community members, gives West Baltimore residents a safe place to gather, play and cool off during hot summer months.

8th Annual Back to School event held at Community Resource Center

This year's event drew 620 students and their families to prepare for the new school year with free haircuts and new backpacks full of school supplies.
