Support community health and screenings like healthy food demonstrations, the Stepping Out Program, and screenings in underserved communities to inspire healthy behaviors to be well and stay well.

Provides comprehensive care and education to underserved children and adults in Ashtabula, Carroll, Mahoning and Trumbull counties.  Staffed by a team of dentists and hygienists, our Kikel Mobile Dental Clinic travels to schools and adult community agencies and we have a comprehensive dental clinic at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.  We strive to reach those who do not have, or have never seen, a dentist.  We will see any patient regardless of ability to pay.

Supports Resource Mothers and Centering Pregnancy, two programs that target the high rate of infant mortality in the Mahoning Valley. 

Our Spanish-speaking staff helps members of the Hispanic Community to find medical and social services, participate in basic health classes, educational programs and screenings, make medical appointments and provide interpretation services during medical appointments.

Support the JACBCC by expanding its services and locations, providing the latest equipment, and ensuring that everyone gets treatment regardless of ability to pay.

Ensures that any woman in the Mahoning Valley has access to diagnostic breast services regardless of ability to pay. 

Provides support for the next generation of physicians who are engaged in research projects as part of their residency training. Support to this endowment enables physicians-in-training and faculty to conduct meaningful research and contribute to the medical literature through discoveries that improve patient care.

Provides a free service to adult residents of Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties and patients of Mercy Health Physicians who may reside outside of the counties noted, who are uninsured or under-insured for prescription drugs. The service helps reduce and/or eliminate barriers to access needed medication. 

Respite of Hope provides a safe and healing refuge for individuals experiencing homelessness and recovery from illness, injury, or hospitalization. Guided by dignity, compassion, and respect, we offer shelter, supportive care, and access to vital health and social services. In collaboration with our community partners, we walk alongside each guest on their journey to renewed strength, stability, and hope.
