Meals on Wheels partnership provides for Bon Secours St. Francis patients

Thanks to gifts from donors like you, fewer Greenville families in need are going hungry. Earlier this year, the Foundation directed $10,000 to Meals on Wheels of Greenville. The program distributes food boxes to patients of Woodward Medical Center, a Bon Secours primary care practice.

In particular, the partnership serves patients that often have physical or mental challenges, or are homebound. They may live alone or be alone for long periods of time. These factors make grocery shopping or cooking difficult—sometimes, even impossible.

At Bon Secours St. Francis, we know that wellness starts at home. And since what you eat plays a huge part in that, Meals on Wheels takes health and dietary needs into account. Boxes are specific to a person's meal requirements, designed to do the most good for each patient.
