For Trena Stocker, giving to the Foundation is about more than making a donation. It’s about ensuring her community has access to the care it needs today while helping secure that care for the future.
That’s why Trena chooses to support the Foundation in two meaningful ways. Through monthly giving, she provides dependable support for needs that arise throughout the year. And by including the Foundation in her will, she is creating a legacy that will continue helping others long after her lifetime.
“I see the impact that donations to the Foundation have every single day,” Trena says. “I see it through the people who are helped, the programs supported and the care it makes possible.”
Through her involvement with the Foundation, Trena has witnessed how donor generosity helps provide lifesaving medical equipment, strengthen community health programs, assist patients and employees during difficult times, and expand access to quality care.
“There will come a day when I can’t continue to give on a regular basis. With planned giving, I can still be part of the hospital’s Mission and make a larger final gift from my estate.”
Trena believes every gift helps strengthen the health and wellbeing of the community.
“When I give locally to the hospital, I know I’m investing in the health and wellbeing of people I’ll see at the grocery store, at community events and around town,” she says. “That’s what makes it so meaningful.”
