Jeremy gives to support and assist those who are most in need in his community

When Jeremy Heinrich joined Mercy Health's Fairfield Hospital, he noticed immediately the way the employees cared about the patients they were serving and one another. He has been a part of the Ministry for fourteen years, and during this time has felt a strong call to partner and volunteer in any capacity for the Foundation.

“I have seen firsthand the joy and relief in faces of recipients that have been able to get themselves and their family members back on their feet after a difficult time.”

“My giving journey initially started with volunteer work with the Foundation. I was the chair for our hospital’s annual employee giving campaign for several years. Eventually, the decision was made to create the Catherine McAuley Fund used to assist patients and families in times of great need at Mercy Health–Fairfield Hospital. In my time working with the Give for Good Campaign, I have personally seen the benefits that come as a result of our collective giving.”

There have been more than 40 people who have received assistance because of gifts to the Catherine McAuley Fund through the Give for Good campaign. Across Cincinnati, funds like this are impacting our community in great ways.
