Carol Oerther spent more than three decades in real estate connecting people with the perfect home. Now in retirement, she’s connecting people with compassionate, high-quality health care.
As a Mercy Health Foundation donor and hospital volunteer, she has a front row seat to it—literally.
"I work at the front desk greeting people," she says. "I wanted to do something with people."
Her job gives reminds her every day of the role that the Foundation plays in the Mercy Health Ministry.
“I see all the help that the Foundation provides for the hospital and our community. It’s why I believe that any donation we can give is important. It's 100% necessary for our community.”
It's why Carol directs her consistent donations to the Greatest Need Fund. She knows that her donations can help fill the needs that she sees during her work at the hospital.
