Gail and Stuart give so that everyone can have access to great health care
Five years ago, Gail and Stuart Koford had a "perfect storm" of medical issues, causing three of their family members to be admitted to Mercy Health - Clermont Hospital all at once.
“The compassion the medical team had for us while we juggled watching over our loved ones was amazing. Though our family’s medical bills were covered, we observed others who weren’t as fortunate. We decided right then to give to help Mercy provide the best care possible to those in need.”
Gail has a passion for rural health care, and her personal and professional experiences eventually led her to serve on the Anderson Emergency Room Renovation project.
“The ER team is great, but the space wasn’t,” she said. “Stuart and I wanted to be part of the solution, so I decided to help. It’s an honor for my husband and I to be part of their Mission and the healing ministry of Jesus.”
