Missy Hendon Deters named President of Mercy Health Foundation Greater Cincinnati
Missy will lead fundraising efforts to support Mercy Health's patient care, medical services and community health outreach in the Cincinnati and Tri-State area
Missy Hendon Deters has been selected as the new president of the Mercy Health Foundation Greater Cincinnati. She will lead the team in generating philanthropic support from donors, businesses and grant-making institutions to provide vital funding for enhancing patient care, expanding access to health care and improving the overall health of the Cincinnati community.
Missy brings extensive experience with more than 15 years in nonprofit sector fundraising, donor relations and strategic planning, most recently serving as executive director of Boys Hope Girls Hope Cincinnati.
"I am honored to join the Mercy Health Foundation and have the opportunity to positively impact the health and well-being of our community," Missy says. "I look forward to working with our dedicated team and partners to support the exceptional care provided by Mercy Health."
Missy, a lifelong Cincinnati resident who is an alumna of the University of Cincinnati and St. Ursula Academy, also serves as a volunteer or board member for several local nonprofit organizations.
