Hope Therapy Center expands to serve more children with complex needs
The Hope Therapy Center has expanded into a newly renovated, 10,500-square-foot location in Henrico, representing a $3 million investment that increases the center's footprint and capacity to serve children with complex medical and developmental needs.
The new facility provides additional space for Richmond Hope's specialized pediatric physical, occupational and speech therapy services, including eight private treatment rooms, a large equipment room, a room dedicated for casting and splinting, a parent lounge and a home simulation bathroom. Richmond Hope celebrated the expansion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Aug. 27 with staff, Bon Secours leadership, the Bon Secours Richmond Health Care Foundation and donors.
