Revolutionize Health Care
Ensure Mercy Health leads the way for the future of medicine
Modern health care for a modern world starts with today's innovations
Donors are helping transform the way medical care is provided here in Cincinnati
With generosity from donors, Mercy Health can have the resources to implement the latest advancements in medical care and to test innovative new ideas. Donations are vital for a variety of research efforts through our Graduate Medical Education residence program and across our health care ministry's many departments and service areas.
You can even designate your gift directly to one of our innovation-related special purpose funds.
Anne & Jim McGraw Oncology Innovation, Research and Patient Care Fund
If you're passionate about fighting cancer through prevention, early detection and effective treatments, you can be confident that your gift designated to this fund will support a broad range of life-saving resources here in Cincinnati.
Donations support research to find a cure or better ways to treat various types of cancer, both in the hospital and in outpatient settings. State-of-the-art medical equipment can be purchased to provide the best curative treatments that save lives. And for cancer patients who are uninsured or unable to pay for medical care, financial assistance helps with medical bills and co-pays, medications, transportation or other aspects of treatment.
The fund was started with donations from family and friends in memory of Anne McGraw who, along with husband Jim, were longtime Mercy Health volunteers. After Anne lost her cancer battle, loved ones wanted to ensure additional resources for the oncology team to provide others with the same cutting-edge treatments to cure cancer, regardless of cost.

Nursing Excellence & Innovation
Donations provide flexible funding to quickly address the needs of nurses. Resources can be directed to help nurses advance their expertise through training, professional development and certifications. Innovative equipment can be purchased that uses technology to lend a helping hand to nurses, like Lucas chest compression devices that assist in performing life-saving CPR.
Many people are grateful for care they received at Mercy Health and want to thank the nurses who made a difference. Expressing gratitude through a donation ensures our frontline health care heroes are celebrated through nursing recognition programs and Magnet status recertification.
