Planned/Estate Gifts

Donating appreciated stocks or other securities to the Foundation is an ideal gift option, possibly offering a tax deduction for the fair market value of the gift and avoiding capital gains tax on appreciation. To transfer a gift of stocks, please contact a gift officer or download the donation form by clicking the arrow.

A pledge is a commitment to make a gift in the near future, and may qualify for a set payment schedule. Gifts of $10,000 or greater can often be paid over a period up to five years. Speak with our Foundation staff to learn more or to make a pledge.

Grateful Patients

Patients who are grateful for the life-changing care they receive often want a meaningful way to thank the doctors, nurses and staff that cared for them.
