Birdies for Charity presented by TowneBank is a fundraising platform, operating in conjunction with the Dominion Energy Charity Classic, that enables local charitable organizations to receive a 10% bonus on charitable contributions. The Dominion Energy Charity Classic is a PGA TOUR Champions playoff event held at The Country Club of Virginia, James River Course, October 20-22, 2023.

The program closes for donations on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at 11:59 PM, the final day of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic.

How to Donate

Online

Donate instantly online through our special link with the PGA TOUR Charities website.

Credit card fees apply for online giving and will be taken out of your donation.

Donors will receive a confirmation email immediately from PGA TOUR Charities, Inc. that will serve as a donation receipt for tax-deduction purposes.

Donor Advised Fund

Select PGA TOUR Charities, Inc. for the gift recommendation in your donor portal and designate Bon Secours Richmond Health Care Foundation and the gift amount in the gift purpose section. Follow the prompts to complete the gift request.

Distribution From IRA

For donors aged 70.5 and older, you can donate the required minimum distribution from an IRA. Ask IRA Fund Manager to issue a check in the desired amount to PGA TOUR Charities, Inc. Designate Bon Secours Richmond Health Care Foundation and the gift amount in the memo line and mail to the address listed above.
